Designer and lifelong reader with a habit of falling down rabbit holes#. I spent my early career in banking, until COVID gave me enough quiet time to stumble across a blog post by an UX Engineer. One read that got me spiraling into Google UX Coursera course# and UX books (A Project Guide to UX Design was the first read#). That spiral turned into a full career shift in 2022 and a Master's in Human Factors Engineering at Tufts University#. Somehow most of the work I've found myself doing is about people in difficult moments#: patients trying to feel less anxious, elderly fighting loneliness. They've taught me more about design than any book. I'm currently at VIAI, designing AI-powered tools#. When I'm not designing, I enjoy making mood boards for no reason, playing Salem# with friends, or hunting down a warm day in Boston for a picnic#.
